At MoroccanHBcraft, every piece is carefully handcrafted in Morocco by skilled artisans. Many of our products are made to order, which allows us to create each item specifically for you while maintaining the quality and authenticity of traditional Moroccan craftsmanship.

1. Order Processing & Preparation

Because our products are handmade, processing times vary depending on the product and design.

Made-to-Order Products

Most of our copper pieces are made to order.

Copper sinks, bowls and larger copper pieces: approximately 4–5 weeks
Copper lamps and lighting: approximately 3–4 weeks
Custom designs, sizes or finishes may require additional time.

The processing time begins after your order and payment have been successfully confirmed.

Each piece is carefully handmade, finished, inspected and securely prepared for international shipping before leaving our workshop in Morocco.

Ready-to-Ship Products

Products specifically marked “Ready to Ship” are already finished and normally ship within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

The exact dispatch time will be indicated on the product page whenever applicable.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We offer international shipping from Morocco.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive shipping information and tracking details whenever tracking is available.

Typical delivery time after dispatch is approximately:

Europe: 4–8 business days
United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
Other international destinations: approximately 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control.

Important

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

For example, for a made-to-order item with a processing time of 3–4 weeks, the total time from order to delivery will generally be:

3–4 weeks production + shipping transit time

3. Tracking

When tracking is available, we will provide the tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

You can use the tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment with the carrier.

4. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs procedures and import regulations may vary depending on the destination country.

Any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges imposed by the destination country are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please check your country's import regulations if you have any questions about receiving handmade products from Morocco.

5. Packaging

Every item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.

Because our products are handmade and some pieces are fragile or substantial in size, we take particular care to protect them during international transportation.

6. Address Accuracy

Please make sure that your shipping address, phone number and contact information are correct when placing your order.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

7. Delivery Delays

Although we work with reliable international shipping carriers, delivery times can occasionally be affected by:

Customs clearance
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Carrier delays
Incorrect or incomplete address information
Unexpected transportation disruptions
