How To Pay

At MoroccanHBcraft, all our pieces are handcrafted to order by Moroccan artisans. Since each piece is made especially for you, payment is required at the time of placing your order, before production begins.

💳 Pay by Credit or Debit Card

You can securely pay for your order using your Visa, Mastercard, or other supported debit and credit cards through our available online payment options.

Your payment information is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not have access to or store your complete card details.

🅿️ Pay with PayPal

You can also choose PayPal at checkout for a secure and convenient payment experience.

If you have a PayPal account, simply select PayPal during checkout and follow the instructions to complete your payment.

🔒 Secure Payment

We use secure payment processing to protect your transaction and personal information.

Your order is confirmed once the payment has been successfully received.

🛠️ Made-to-Order Products

Most of our products are made to order. Production begins after your payment has been confirmed.

Standard production time: 3–4 weeks, unless a different processing time is specified on the product page.

Once your piece is completed, it will be carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped to you.

📦 Shipping

After production is completed, your order will be dispatched using our available international shipping service. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Important

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Because our products are handcrafted specifically for each customer, payment must be completed before production starts.
